Preparing the turntable pit!

On Tuesday, October 23rd, workers work to prepare the turntable pit for the imminent installation of the restored turntable bridge in the days to come. As of the end of the day. the pitrails had been installed and only a final tightening of the bolts remained. The turntable itself was in transit from Western Mechanical in Barrie and arrived about 7:30 p.m. at the roundhouse. Come back here often in the next few days to see pictures of the turntable installation.
