TRHA Annual Reception and Dinner - Part 3 of 3

We conclude this three part series of postings with some photos of the fine dinner catered by Whose Catering.  Whose Catering has toured the world six times with the Stones! The menu was extensive:

    • Tomato Boccocini Salad
    • Basmati Rice
    • Sweet Potato/ Idaho Mash
    • Whole Carrots
    • Yellow Beans
    • Roast Beef Carvery With Gravy
    • Horseradish
    • Grilled Talapia With Mango Salsa
    • Sweet Potato Curry ( Vegan Option)
    • Cheese Cake With Fresh Berry Compote

    The food was delicious and there was lots of it.  Most folks headed home about 9:00 p,m, to beat the rush leaving the Monster Truck event at the Rogers Centre but a few stayed afterwards to continue to enjoy the ambience of the evening amongst our railway artefacts!
