Switch Installation Progress in the Past Week!

At the upper left, we see the view greeting our work crews as they made further progress on the installation of the switches for the miniature railway at Roundhouse park. Our TRHA crews were also able to complete the bit of 'Y' track heading towards the mini depot. Due to the extreme slope of the ground in this area we were building track in free space rather than on a roadbed but we got it done.

In the middle picture above we see one of the prefabricated switches ready for installation. In the remaining pictures we see the switch just north of the crossover and beside the crossing shanty being installed and finally being in place.
