Weekend Report: Part 2 of 2: Turntable becomes a rotating bandstand!

Click on each image for a closer look!
On Sunday, the Toronto Argonauts football team played the Wimmpeg Blue Bombers at the Rogers Centre with 19,662 fans in attendance. Toronto beat Winnipeg by a score of 17 to 13.
To celebrate the win, the Argonotes, the official Toronto Argonauts Band, visited Roundhouse Park and marched onto the turntable turning it into a unique rotating bandstand. They then proceeded to entertain everyone as the turntable was rotated. Click on the video below to listen to their performance. To learn more about the Argonotes Band, click here.
On Sunday we again moved rolling stock into the park area providing an interesting photography platform from the cupola of the caboose as shown in one of the images above of the miniature train in action. Moving the Pyke crane into the park also provided an opportunity for a new view of the crane against the city as backdrop as also shown above.
