Weekend Report: Restoration continues on TH&B Caboose

While Roundhouse Park continues to slumber through a snowy winter, our volunteers continue to work weekends to further the restoration of the TH&B caboose. All windows frames are now fabricated (and partially painted) for the outside and inside of the caboose. Work on the plywood lining of the cupola has begun. The slider window in the cupola is now installed. The long end of the roof walkway is now complete as shown in the photograph.  The “short” end of the roof walk is now partially complete.
