Current restoration project on Cape Race nearing completion

Much of the focus of our restoration team for the past few months has been on restoring the Cape Race windows and applying a weatherproof membrane to the roof.   The project is nearing completion.  The goal, of course, is to be able to move the Cape Race out of the restoration stalls into the Park without  experiencing any damage from the elements.

In the photos below we get a glimpse of the work in progress along with a look at the fine job on applying the membrane to the roof.
