Repainting of Cape Race completed!

The painting of Cape Race has now been completed.  On Monday, November 10th, 2014, our Whitcomb diesel switcher (see video above) pulled it out onto the turntable.  The roof has yet to be washed down to rid it of sanding dust but it still looks magnificent.

We congratulate all of the volunteers and staff who have worked so long and so hard on the restoration work. We thank Bob Merriam as well for such great work in painting the car.
